Energy can change and shift. When we refer to the ascension process, it includes the element of shifting your energetic vibration to embrace the 5D consciousness. In this powerful and practical workshop, you will:
- Learn about the 5D chakras and how they are different to the 3D chakras
- Discover meditations and tools to activate the 5D chakras
- Heal energetic blockages, wounds and patterns to shift from a 3D blueprint to a 5D blueprint
- Activate your personal Merkaba (5D Auric body)
- You will discover many tools to support others in their energy healing journey but most importantly you will find yourself healing on many levels through the training.
The course structure is:
Two LIVE sessions on ZOOM (These sessions will be recorded for you to go back to after)
- Part One – Sun 14 Mar 2021 9:00 am-5:00 pm SAST Live on ZOOM
- Part Two – Sun 21 Mar 2021 9:00 am-5:00 pm SAST Live on ZOOM
And you will also receive a pre-recorded teaching and/or meditation to do each day in between the two live sessions.
