An online coaching program with Taryn is a unique opportunity to grow, heal and expand with other like-minded souls. Each program takes you on a journey of self-discovery and by being part of a group you get to learn from so many different angles and also form a team to work with.
Each online coaching program includes:
- Eight 2-hour live sessions with Taryn Sydow as a group over ZOOM. Each session will introduce you to powerful content, explorative exercises and opportunities for reflection.
- A practical workbook and loads of worksheets and different tools to use.
- Access to the recorded sessions (these will only be available to the group). Whilst these recordings are made available, the expectation is a commitment to join the live sessions. This is to ensure that you and the group get the most from the program.
- Journaling prompts, meditations and exercises to deepen your healing and growth between sessions. All the content will be available on a learning portal that you will life-long access to. Most coaching programs include mandalas for download and colouring too.
- Support from a group on the same journey as you. A WhatsApp group will be set up for the duration of the program. There is immense power in group work. It is never an accident who ends up on a program together and you tap into the infinite power of collective wisdom and growth.
- An option for one-on-one sessions with Taryn for individual support and guidance. You will have the option to purchase two sessions with Taryn at a reduced rate of R700 per session (normal rate is R850). You can use these sessions to go deeper into the personal patterns and awarenesses you are having. This makes the journey even more impactful.

The online program is run on Wednesday nights from 6:30 pm-8:30 pm (SAST) over ZOOM. We start on 7 Oct 2020 and meet each Wednesday evening, with 2 break weeks during the program to allow time for integration.

There are 2 payment options:
- Full payment of R 2 500
- Deposit of R900, and an additional 2 tranches of R900 each on 1 Nov 2020 and 1 Dec 2020
- An option to include 2 one-on-one sessions with Taryn for R1400. Payable on booking the sessions.
